Ingredients
- 1 cup Thawed Casa Alvarez Chile Verde
- 2 cups Corn Kernels frozen, canned or roasted
- 1 cup Crema Mexicana
- ¼ cup Crumbled Cotija Cheese
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- ¼ tspn Fresh Cilantro
Instructions

In large pot add Casa Alvarez Chile Verde and turn stove to medium heat.

Mix in Corn, Crema Mexicana and cover pot until bubbling.

Pour dip mixture into serving bowl, top with cotija cheese, avocado, and cilantro.
