Casa Alvarez Green Chile Blue Corn Enchiladas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Layer bottom of baking dish with your favorite corn tortillas

  3. Top with layer of shredded cheese (½ cup), Casa Alvarez Foods Chile Verde (½ cup)

  4. Add another layer corn tortillas

  5. Smother top with Casa Alvarez Foods Chile Verde (½ cup), shredded cheese (½ cup)

  6. Bake 20 minutes

  7. Enjoy the flavor party!
