Squash the ordinary with this green chile dip.
Cut squash in half.
Remove seeds and score squash.
Add 1 Tbsp oil or butter to each half of squash.
Bake squash 350° F ~45min until soft.
Take squash out of oven then scrape squash with spoon (careful it's HOT) and mix with 1 cup Casa Alvarez Green Chile.
Add squash + green chile mixture back into squash shell and bake 15min.
Remove from oven, garnish, and enjoy with your favorite chips. Fiesta Ready!
